In order to provide you with the very best service and care, please respect the following clinic policies:

No Child Care

For unsupervised children. If you bring your child, you must have someone to watch them while you are at your appointment.

For the safety of your children, we recommend you make alternative arrangements for their care. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you do not have proper child care.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is for the safety and protection of your children.


We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable, so we make every effort to maintain the scheduled appointment times, but urgent situations sometimes disrupt the schedule. We ask for your understanding and patience during these delays. We make every effort to keep your waiting time to a minimum. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call. Late arrival may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. 48-business hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a fee will be charged from $50 to 50% of the scheduled treatment, whichever is greater.

Secure Valuables

Please secure all valuables. Mill Creek Skin & Laser will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Turn Off Devices

Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.

Appointment Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any paperwork (if necessary). Appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for you to fully enjoy your treatment in a relaxed and soothing environment. Late arrivals may limit our ability to fully serve you or may even necessitate rescheduling your appointment.
