Before your appointment take a look at our MedSpa Policies.


Appointment Time
  

To create a positive and respectful environment, please respect the appointment time. Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any paperwork if necessary. 

Appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate amount of time for you to fully enjoy your treatment. 

Late arrivals may limit our ability to fully serve you or may even necessitate rescheduling your appointment. 

We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable, so we make every effort to maintain the scheduled appointment times, but urgent situations sometimes disrupt the schedule. 

We ask for your understanding and patience during these delays. We make every effort to keep your waiting time to a minimum. 

Cancellation 

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call. A 48-business hour notice is required to change or cancel an appointment; otherwise, a fee will be charged from $50 to 50% of the scheduled treatment, whichever is greater. 

No Child Care 

Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare. 

If you bring your child, you must have someone to watch them while you are at your appointment. 

For the safety of your children, we recommend you make alternative arrangements for their care. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you do not have proper childcare. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is for the safety and protection of your children. 

Secure Valuables 

Please secure all valuables with you during your appointment. We do not have patient storage. Inside the treatment room, we have handles and benches where you can place your items. Mill Creek Skin & Laser Center will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Enjoy your time on your journey here. Relax, and please turn off all pagers and cell phones.
